The development of Ahir Kshatriya Primary School and Ahir Kshatriya College, Shikohabad, established by the Ahir Kshatriya Mahasabha, Uttar Pradesh in 1916, had played a leading role in the education-loving former landlords of Urabar and Bharaul State of Firozabad district and Rupthani State of Etah. The main objective of its establishment was to educate the residents of rural areas. Accordingly, this institution has been imparting education in accordance with the spirit of its dedicated founders. The credit of Shikohabad's fame in the field of education goes to this institution. The college is situated on the main road station road of Shikohabad city and on the banks of lower Ganga canal in a very picturesque and natural environment. Established in the year 1916, this institution established Junior School in 1922, High School in 1927, Intermediate in 1942, Graduated and obtained postgraduate level in 1983. Dr. B.R.A. Affiliated to the University, Agra, this college has six faculties. At present, this college occupies a prominent position in the education world due to its educational activities and high level development achievements. This college is affiliated to the Faculties of Arts, Commerce, Agriculture, Physical Education and Education and Training.
